CRDB Bank is a leading financial institution committed to sustainability, innovation, and strategic business transformation. We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Strategy MIS to join our Business Transformation Department.

This role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining MIS reporting systems that support strategic decision-making and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the availability of high-quality, timely, and accurate data for strategy planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Framework & Reporting

✔ Develop and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) framework for the Strategy unit.
✔ Align key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics with organizational strategic objectives.
✔ Design, develop, and implement new MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
✔ Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for the Strategy unit.

2. Market Insights & Strategic Planning Support

✔ Provide market insights and analysis to aid management decision-making.
✔ Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders on business performance and strategic focus areas.
✔ Support the preparation of board reports with insights on market trends and strategic initiatives.

3. Data Collection, Integrity & Process Improvement

✔ Identify and prioritize reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
✔ Work closely with various departments to gather data requirements.
✔ Continuously monitor and improve the MIS reporting framework.

4. Training & Stakeholder Engagement

✔ Train and support internal stakeholders in using MIS tools and reports.
✔ Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

5. Industry Trends & Innovation

✔ Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and data analytics trends.
✔ Leverage innovative data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enhance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
