Role Purpose
The position holder will spearhead our talent management initiatives, focusing on building and maintaining a high-performing workforce through innovative HR strategies. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence to drive organizational success through people-centered initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
• Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
• Lead employer branding initiatives and enhance recruitment processes
• Develop innovative sourcing channels and selection methodologies
• Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and benchmarks
Onboarding Excellence
• Create immersive onboarding experiences aligned with bank culture
• Oversee end-to-end integration programs for new employees
• Facilitate smooth transitions through structured orientation programs
• Monitor and evaluate onboarding effectiveness
Employee Development & Growth
• Architect the bank’s learning and development framework
• Spearhead the Learning Academy initiatives
• Design comprehensive career progression pathways
• Implement performance enhancement programs
• Coordinate coaching and mentoring initiatives
Succession Planning & Leadership Development
• Identify and nurture high-potential talent
• Create leadership development programs
• Establish succession pipelines for critical roles
• Design retention strategies for key talent
Analytics & Strategic Planning
• Lead talent analytics and reporting initiatives
• Drive data-informed decision-making
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics
• Develop strategic recommendations based on insights
