We are currently seeking a Senior Business Support/Project Analyst (Finance) to join our Finance Center of Excellence team. This role provides high-level analysis, project management, and business intelligence support for complex finance and accounting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and embody Compassion’s mission and values.

• Advocate for child protection and ensure all activities align with Compassion’s commitment to safeguarding children.

• Lead and manage major, complex, and international projects across multiple countries.

• Act as a project manager for medium to large-scale finance-related initiatives.

• Identify and analyze business process challenges, define improvement strategies, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain data metrics, dashboards, and strategic reports to support decision-making.

• Communicate and implement change management strategies across teams.

• Train and advise key stakeholders on best practices and finance-related project strategies.

• Provide coaching and guidance to support staff and professionals within the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business support, project management, or finance.

• Project Management certification (highly preferred).

• Strong experience in leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.

• Expertise in documenting business processes, gap analysis, and process optimization.

• Proficiency in project and process management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Miro, Rally, Excel).

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, if required.
