About the Role

HESLB is seeking a qualified Risk Management Officer II to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the Board’s operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Initiate, identify, and recommend policies for risk management.
Propose methods for risk identification within the Board.
Prepare periodic internal and external risk management reports.
Develop risk response strategies, including contingency and business continuity plans.
Document identified risks from various directorates/units.
Assist in the preparation of the unit’s budget.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Social Protection, Insurance, Actuarial Services, or a related field from a recognized institution.
