Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Operations

• Lead overall operations coordination in Dar es Salaam and supporting regions.
• Conduct comprehensive security surveys and risk assessments.

Team Management

• Oversee guard force training and development.
• Maintain disciplinary standards in coordination with HR.
• Administer staff leave and relief procedures.
• Identify and address training needs.

Risk Management

• Maintain risk management registers.
• Oversee hazardous substances management.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 5+ years of commercial security management experience.
