Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Master’s Program:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent, e.g., upper second-class honors from a UK-style degree) from an accredited institution.
  • English proficiency: iBT TOEFL (91+), IELTS (6.5+), or EmSAT English (1550+). TOEFL iBT Home Edition is not accepted.
  • Admission interview.
• PhD Program:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.25/4.0 (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, OR Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/4.0 for direct Bachelor  ‘s-to-PhD admission (full-time only).
  • English proficiency (as above).
  • Minimum GRE quantitative score of 150 (all three sections required).
  • Research statement (500–1,000 words).
  • Admission interview.
• Universal Eligibility: Open to UAE nationals and international students from all countries.
• Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Master’s) or 3.5 (PhD) during the program.
• Full-Time vs. Part-Time:
  • Full-time: 3–4 courses/semester (9–12 credit hours).
