Role: Guest Relations Executive

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to ensure an outstanding guest experience by handling inquiries, managing front desk operations, resolving complaints, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, support sales efforts, and assist with reservations to elevate the resort’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable stay.
✔ Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
✔ Coordinate front desk activities, including reservations and check-in/check-out procedures.
✔ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote resort services and activities.
✔ Assist with special requests, VIP services, and personalized guest experiences.
✔ Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Strong Guest Relations & Customer Service skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
✔ Experience in front desk operations and reservations management.
✔ Sales experience with a proactive approach to promoting resort services & activities.
✔ Multitasking & organizational skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
