Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager to develop and execute global enablement programs that empower our Customer Success teams. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure training programs are impactful, measurable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve global Customer Success enablement programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and execute impactful training initiatives.
- Set clear expectations and responsibilities for program participants, providing continuous feedback.
- Create blended training programs, including remote content delivery and e-learning modules.
- Define and track key program milestones, KPIs, and provide timely reporting.
- Ensure learning outcomes align with business needs and drive measurable improvements.
- Engage with Customer Success teams to understand their evolving needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in enablement, program management, or a similar role.
- Customer Success Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or a related role.
- Education & Training: Background in learning and development (degree or relevant training preferred).
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Coaching & Leadership: Ability to provide feedback and guide team members and stakeholders.
- Independence & Problem-Solving: High level of situational awareness and initiative in identifying and solving challenges.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and motivate others.
- Technology & Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced tech environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
