Halr Tech Group is representing a client looking to hire a CRM Developer to design, develop, and enhance CRM solutions. This role involves working with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, customizing workflows, and integrating third-party applications to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize CRM solutions, plugins, and integrations.
• Design and implement APIs and third-party integrations.
• Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless functionality.
• Automate workflows, reports, and dashboards for sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure CRM security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Developer with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
• Strong programming skills in Apex (Salesforce), JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and CRM automation tools.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• CRM development certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Microsoft Power Platform Developer) preferred.
