Position Overview

We seek a detail-oriented Consolidation Officer to optimize shipment consolidation processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in our Dar es Salaam office.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan and execute cargo consolidation strategies
✔ Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs officials
✔ Maintain accurate shipment documentation
✔ Troubleshoot logistics challenges in real-time
✔ Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
• Proven experience in freight forwarding and cargo consolidation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Proficiency in logistics software and documentation
