Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in facilities management, construction, or project oversight.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of 10 technicians.
  • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software (certifications like PMP/NEBOSH are a plus).
  • A proactive mindset with expertise in Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP) and capital projects.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and institutional standards (NGO/school experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP) and capital projects.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
  • Lead team meetings and optimize Facilities/Asset Management Systems.
  • Collaborate on budgeting, policy improvements, and child protection protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities/project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
