About the Role

Our client, a leading Safari and Tours Company in Arusha, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager specializing in Toyota Land Cruiser 1HZ spare parts. This critical role demands expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-quality automotive parts to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable suppliers of Toyota Land Cruiser 1HZ spare parts.
• Cost Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory Planning: Develop procurement strategies to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all parts meet manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (POs, invoices, contracts) and generate procurement reports.
• Budget Control: Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Workshop Team to verify part compatibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in procurement, preferably with Toyota Land Cruiser 1HZ spare parts or automotive components.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
