This role is critical in integrating security into Agile squads, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and ensuring secure coding practices. The selected candidates will play a key role in security architecture, risk assessment, penetration testing, and DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Integration & Development

✔ Collaborate with Agile development squads to integrate cybersecurity within SDLC.
✔ Design security controls for CRDB products, services, and systems.
✔ Conduct penetration testing, security assessments, and threat modeling for web & mobile applications.
✔ Provide technical guidance on secure coding, software design, and cybersecurity best practices.

2. Risk Management & Compliance

✔ Conduct risk assessments and recommend security controls to mitigate threats.
✔ Develop & maintain security standards, guidelines, and tools for secure development.
✔ Ensure third-party security compliance and assure external collaborations.

3. DevSecOps & Security Automation

✔ Assist in developing secure DevOps pipelines and security integration in CI/CD processes.
✔ Implement static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) security testing in development & production.
✔ Enforce security policies throughout development and deployment.

4. Training & Incident Response

✔ Train and mentor software developers, DevOps teams, and product owners on security best practices.
✔ Support incident response activities related to application security breaches.
✔ Work with Security Champions within squads to strengthen security culture.

5. Other Responsibilities

✔ Conduct code reviews for security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
✔ Provide leadership and project management for cybersecurity initiatives.
✔ Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CSSLP) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cyber Security & Software Development.

Technical Skills Required

✔ Strong knowledge of application security principles, secure coding, and security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, etc.).
✔ Hands-on experience with security tools such as SAST, DAST, and Software Composition Analysis (SCA).
✔ Proficiency in DevSecOps and security automation within CI/CD pipelines.
✔ Familiarity with cloud security best practices (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
✔ Experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, and secure code reviews.
✔ Solid understanding of ICT platforms, networks, infrastructure, and applications.

Soft Skills Required

✔ Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
✔ Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
