The Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service has officially released the list of successful candidates who participated in interviews between April 4, 2024, and February 24, 2025. This announcement includes names of individuals who have passed the interviews and those who were in the database for various positions and have now been assigned workstations.
Important Instructions for Successful Candidates
Collection of Appointment Letters:

Candidates must collect their workstation appointment letters at the Employment Secretariat Offices, University of Dodoma (UDOM), Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, within seven (7) days from the date of this announcement.

Any letters that remain uncollected will be sent via postal addresses.
Reporting to Workstations:

All appointed candidates must report to their assigned employers within the specified period mentioned in their appointment letters.

They must carry original certificates (academic and professional) for verification before receiving the official employment letter.
Identification Requirement:
Candidates collecting their appointment letters must present a valid identification document, such as:

National ID (NIDA)

Passport
-
Zanzibar Resident ID

Voter’s ID

Driver’s License
