Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is one of the leading family-owned hotel chains in Spain and the Caribbean. We are expanding our presence in Africa and are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior design projects for our new luxury resort in Zanzibar.

Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site interior design projects, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the execution of interior design projects on-site.

• Make modifications and adaptations as necessary.

• Coordinate with various contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

• Manage and control the interior design budget, providing progress reports.

• Ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with Executive and Corporate Management teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture with interior design experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Willingness to relocate to Zanzibar.
