Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd, a leading beverage company in Tanzania, offers an exciting opportunity within its People and Culture Department. We seek a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Based in Dar es Salaam, this role will report directly to the People and Culture Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct resume screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
- Manage interview scheduling, background checks, and negotiate job offers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Onboarding & Integration:
- Work with People & Culture (P&C) business partners to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and the transition of new hires into the organization.
- Employer Branding & EVP:
- Translate and execute an employer branding strategy in alignment with organizational goals and tailored to local market nuances.
- Build and leverage a network of brand ambassadors to promote Coca-Cola’s employer brand.
- Develop and implement an effective Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that resonates with local workforce needs.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, candidate feedback, and market trends.
- Stay updated with local industry practices, legal requirements, and trends to ensure optimal resource planning.
- Diversity & Inclusion:
- Adhere to legal requirements and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Content Creation & Engagement:
- Generate engaging content to showcase Coca-Cola’s culture, values, and employee experiences across various platforms.
- Maintain and curate the company’s social media profiles to boost online presence and engage with potential candidates.
Skills, Experience & Education:
- Education:
- A Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Qualified artisan certifications are a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally within the FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and interviewing.
- Proficiency in time management and data analysis.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to compliance and ethics.
