Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Evidence-Informed Policymaking Grants, applicants must:
- Be from ODA-eligible countries, including Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, and Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
- Be early-career, mid-career, established, or senior researchers, including postdoctoral researchers.
- Propose projects that align with the program’s themes and mechanisms of change, such as strengthening knowledge systems or conducting research on evidence-based theory in practice.
- Demonstrate a focus on evidence-informed policymaking research or practice.
- Engage actively with the British Academy and other grantees to track progress and evaluate evidence use in policymaking.
