Our client is a leading provider of industrial mechanical solutions in Tanzania. With a rapidly growing presence across East Africa, the company specializes in the supply, installation, and maintenance of:

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive with a proven record in B2B sales and a strong understanding of corporate purchasing behavior. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and have experience closing high-value deals across industries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.

    • Build relationships with decision-makers in target industries.

  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong partnerships to ensure long-term success and loyalty.

    • Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.

  3. Sales Strategy and Execution

    • Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

    • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value sales with profitability in mind.

  4. Sales Pipeline and Reporting

    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and activity reports.

    • Track progress against KPIs and contribute to overall business growth strategy.

  5. Collaboration and Delivery

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.

    • Represent the company at networking events, forums, and client meetings.

  6. Market Research

    • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.

    • Stay informed about industry developments across engineering, marine, logistics, and construction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or other commercial-related fields.

  • Experience:
    3–5 years of successful experience in corporate B2B sales, ideally within:

    • Industrial equipment

    • Engineering or technical services

    • Marine or construction infrastructure

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Ability to understand technical product offerings and tailor proposals accordingly

    • Proficiency in SAP ERP and CRM systems is a plus
