About the Role
Standard Bank Group, Africa’s leading financial services provider, is seeking a banker, entrenchment, to strengthen client relationships and drive customer retention strategies in Dar es Salaam. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the bank’s client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement client retention strategies
✔ Drive product adoption and reduce customer attrition
✔ Analyze customer data to identify engagement opportunities
✔ Execute targeted campaigns to reactivate dormant accounts
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client value
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field
- Experience:
- Customer relationship management in financial services
- Designing and measuring engagement campaigns
- Working with CRM systems (advantageous)
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Proficiency in data segmentation
- Results-driven mindset
