Job Description:

KCB Bank offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join the team as Graduate Trainees. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while learning the ropes of the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Banking Products Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge about the bank’s products and services.
Customer Inquiries:
- Respond to customer inquiries in line with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Policy Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines during all duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

Financial Advice:
- Advise customers on various financial matters.
Record Keeping:
- Ensure all records are accurately captured.
General Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

Education:
- O’Level and A’Level with at least a ‘C’ in Mathematics and English.
Bachelor’s Degree:
- Degree in a Business-related field.
Professional Qualifications:
- Business-related certifications are preferred.
Master’s Degree (Added Advantage):
- A Master’s degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
